One goat leg cut into small chunks (washed and set to drain)
Pepper soup ingredients already ground and bottled
Leaves – utazi, uziza and efiri all in small quantity sliced
Small quantity of ginger roots and garlic finger ground
One teaspoon of red pepper
Salt and 2 x Mr. Chef Cubes
Bring 6 cups of water to boil in a large cooking pot, add all the ground ingredients, boil for 5 minutes, add goat meat, boil for 20 minutes until meat is teander. Add salt and 2 x Mr. Chef Cubes and boil for 2 minutes. Serve hot on table.
