Boil 6 cups of water in a large cooking pot. Add the half boiled stockfish, dry pepper, crayfish and chopped meat. Boil for 20 minutes. Add small quantity
Of red oil and salt. Boil for 10 minutes and then leave aside. In another medium size pot add red oil and heat for a minute. Add salt and onion and fry for a few minutes then add egusi. Fry for another 5 minutes and add remaininig ingredients. Pour and mix with the stock and add 2 x Mr. Chef Cubes, boil for 2 minutes and serve.
