A. Medium size bundle of Ukazi leaves (picked, washed and cut into thin slice)
B. Two cups of melon seed (egusi) ground
C. One big Chunk of stock fish (boiled and chunk)
D. ½ kilo of red meat (boil and seasoned)
E. ½ cup of crayfish (ground)
F. 2 Large size of dry fish (de-boned and washed)
G. 4 table spoons of red oil
H. 2 table spoons of red pepper (ground)
I. Salt and 2 x Mr. Chef Cubes
Bring 6 cups of water to boil in a large cooking pot. Add stockfish, meat, cray fish, red pepper and red oil and boil for 25-30 minutes. Add the cleaned fish and egusi into a medium sized bowl, mix with cold water to form a smooth paste. Add the light paste to the boiling stock. Allow to boil for another 10 minutes, add the sliced and washed ukazi leaves. Boil for another 5 minutes. Add salt and 2 x Mr.Chef Cubes. Serve with your choice of fufu.
