Bring 6 cups of water to boil in a large cooking pot. Add stockfish, meat, cray fish, red pepper and red oil and boil for 25-30 minutes. Add the cleaned fish and egusi into a medium sized bowl, mix with cold water to form a smooth paste. Add the light paste to the boiling stock. Allow to boil for another 10 minutes, add the sliced and washed ukazi leaves. Boil for another 5 minutes. Add salt and 2 x Mr.Chef Cubes. Serve with your choice of fufu. |
