Thoroughly wash the pieces of meat and boil in 6 cups of water in cooking pot. Add 2 x Mr. Chef Cubes and salt to season. Wash and cook stockfish and dry fish in the cooking pot until well done. Pour the ground ogbono in a small bowl and mix well. Then pour into the cooking pot for thickening. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for another five minutes and the soup is ready to be served with gari, fufu, semovita or pounded yam. |
