A. One cup of ground ogbono
 
B. Two large washed dry fish
C. Two large pieces of washed stockfish
D. Two tablespoons of crayfish (ground)
E. Few pieces of meat (beef)
F. Some leaves of bitter leaves
G. One spoon of native oil (palm oil)
H. Some dried pepper
I. 2 x Mr. Chef Cubes
Thoroughly wash the pieces of meat and boil in 6 cups of water in cooking pot. Add 2 x Mr. Chef Cubes and salt to season. Wash and cook stockfish and dry fish in the cooking pot until well done. Pour the ground ogbono in a small bowl and mix well. Then pour into the cooking pot for thickening. Add the remaining ingredients and cook for another five minutes and the soup is ready to be served with gari, fufu, semovita or pounded yam.
